In this section you can read answers to the most frequently asked questions. Please note that the mobile application does not require user login. We do not collect personal information from users. Each software installed for us is only a virtual number assigned to the application installed on the phone.

Where can I find the license number of the paid version of the app?

When you purchase a subscription, the application receives a special user ID. We recommend saving the “User ID” identifier in a safe place. It is available in the “My Account” section of the application and consists of 36 characters. Providing the ID is required during subscription recovery or in the process of filing a possible complaint.

Is the purchased subscription of the paid version automatically renewed?

No. The purchase of a paid version subscription is a one-time operation. The user has access to the paid version for a period of 1 year. Renewal is not carried out automatically. When the subscription expires, the user decides for himself whether to purchase access again.

After uninstalling the app, can I restore its license?

Yes. After reinstalling the application in the purchasing module, there is a “Do you already have a Subscription?” button before making a purchase. Click this button, enter the “User ID” and click the OK button. Note, however, that reinstatement of the license is only possible for the account from which the purchase was previously made in the Google Play store or App Store.

Where are my photos and comments added to the Entry History stored?

All information created within the application is stored only on the device where the application was installed. Uninstalling the application deletes all entries created within the application.

How to delete the data created in the application from the device?

What if after purchasing a package of additional AI queries you don’t see them in the application?

We have noticed that very rarely but it happens that after purchasing a package of additional AI queries on, the application does not refresh the information about it after the purchase. It continues to show that 0 AI analyses remain. In such a situation, please disable and enable the application again.

Reviewing articles received in response AI informs me that I do not have the paid version

We have noticed that fast browsing of many articles provided in AI response causes a message to pop up from time to time that the paid version is not available. If this happens, please wait a minute and return to browsing articles.
